Can you help me patent my new design?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer legal advice to our customers. We recommend you start by checking with the United States Patent and Trademark Office at www.uspto.gov.
What types of jewelry do you work with?
We specialize in crafting custom rings, earrings, and pendants using gold, platinum, and palladium. While we try to accommodate special requests, we do not accept order in sterling silver or titanium.
Can you use my family heirloom to create a new piece?
Many of our customers use a center stone from a past piece to include in a new design. This is a meaningful way to highlight a special gift you’d like to commemorate, and is often a good source of inspiration for a new design. However, to ensure structural integrity of the design we can not use your metal to create a new piece.
