Account Manager

The account manager will be the first line of defense in customer care and support. While much of the role is processing and interpreting incoming orders, candidates must be comfortable and willing to operate in a metrics-driven sales environment. These metrics will include increasing order quality and order frequency from existing accounts, among others. Please note this position will function entirely over the phone and internet from our Lexington office.
